AISI 441 (1.4509, X2CrTiNb18, UNS S43940, S43942) is a nickel-free 17% chrome ferritic stainless steel originally designed for exhaust systems that provide good corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.

AISI 441 is produced with a single (niobium) or double (niobium and titanium) stabilizer. AISI 441 is a suitable alternative to 301/4310, due to its good formability and weldability characteristics.
