6Al-4V, Titanium Gr5 alloy (UNS R56400) is the most widely used titanium alloy. Alpha is a two-phase \u03b1 + \u03b2 titanium alloy containing vanadium as the stabilizer and aluminum as the beta stabilizer. This high strength alloy can be used in temperatures from 427 \u00b0 C (800 \u00b0 F) to freezing cold environments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ti 6Al-4V, Titanium Gr5 alloy, in annealed condition and solution hardened and aged. This alloy is produced by primary melting using vacuum (VAR), electron beam (EB) or plasma arc furnace melting (PAM).
