INCOLOY 800HT (Alloy 800HT, 1.4958, UNS N08811)
Incoloy 800HT is a nickel-chrome-iron alloy. It has the same basic composition as the Incoloy 800 but has significantly higher creep breaking strength resulting from close control of carbon, aluminum and titanium content. Good resistance to high temperature atmospheres and excellent resistance to oxidation and carbonation. It is also resistant to corrosion in many aqueous environments. Incoloy group materials are divided into three groups as Incoloy 800, Incoloy 800h and Incoloy 800ht. Most widely used in the market Incoloy 800h. Incoloy 800, 800h and 800ht materials can be used up to 800 ° C. Incoloy 800, incoloy 800h, incoloy 800ht also known as alloy 800, alloy 800h, alloy 800ht.

Incoloy group materials were first produced incoloy 800 and later new versions of incoloy 800h and incoloy 800ht were developed. Temperature and corrosion resistance are almost the same for these materials,
The processability and weldability are also good. Incoloy 800, incoloy 800h and incoloy 800ht can be easily welded with TIG and MIG welding wires made of its own material.
