Inconel X-750 (UNS N07750 / 2.4669) is an aging hardenable nickel-chromium alloy used for corrosion and oxidation resistance and high strength at 1300 ° F. Although the effect of aging curing is lost with increasing temperature above 1300 ° F, the heat treated material has a useful force of up to 1800 ° F. The Inconel X-750 also has excellent properties even in freezing temperatures.
The Inconel X750’s excellent resistance at high temperatures and the availability of all standard shapes make the inconel x750 an alloy for a wide range of industrial applications. It is used for rotor blades and wheels, bolts and other structural elements in gas turbines. Inconel X-750 is widely used in rocket motor pushing cells. Body applications include push reversals and hot air duct systems. Inconel X750 is used for large pressure vessels. Other applications include heat treatment fixtures, forming tools, extrusion dies, and test machine grips. For springs and fasteners, Inconel X-750 is used from zero to 1200 ° F.
Inconel X-750 is resistant to a wide range of industrial corrosion under both oxidizing and reducing conditions. It is resistant to oxidation and attack by other high temperature corrosion mechanisms.
